Mama Lorraine was born on July 29, 1939, in Brooklyn, NY, to Charles and Constance Coward. The youngest of three children and the only girl, she was adored by her two older brothers. Even as a child, Lorraine exuded an elegance and style that would define her throughout her life. A woman of grace, talent, and creativity, she had the rare ability to bring people together, often around a table filled with her lovingly prepared meals. Being part Belgian and part American only added to her unique charm, making her beauty as remarkable as her spirit.

From an early age, Mama Lorraine sensed her psychic abilities, though in her time, such gifts were not openly discussed. It wasn’t until one quiet night after the passing of her brother Bobby, when I overheard her speaking to him, that we began our conversations about the spiritual gifts she possessed. Little did she know that I had also experienced moments of connecting with loved ones who had passed. This shared bond deepened our relationship in ways that words can barely capture. She now leads my ancestral team, helping me from the other side, and introducing new spiritual guides when needed.
